Founded in 1993, Kirk Office has grown to be the Cayman Island’s leading provider of office supplies, document solutions, furniture, computer, and business services and solutions. Now occupying a 22,000+ square foot facility, they’ve been helping Cayman businesses work smarter for over 32 years.

A Dated Website
The Challenge
When Kirk Office’s team approach Sparked, they were dealing with several challenges: their legacy website wasn’t mobile-responsive, it was dated in its appearance, and it was missing key features that would allow clients to do business with them online. Kirk Office’s team recognized an opportunity to modernize the website. They also wanted to expand their reach and generate new leads.

The Solution
The solution to Kirk Office’s needs was a 3-phase endeavour: copywriting; website design and development; and website maintenance and ongoing copy and content. The focus on brand-building, conversion-focused, and with clear CTAs required conducting competitor and keyword research, and developing copy and metadata for 8 pages. Website design and development required prototype pages on a custom server, and QA testing across multiple browsers and devices. Ongoing maintenance would include: backend management; WordPress core, theme and plugin updates; security updates; ongoing design and copy changes as needed; adding pixels and tracking tags; support and troubleshooting; and other services as needed.
