Replacing a Dated Website

The Challenge

When Vision33 was connected with Sparked, their website was no longer serving its purpose. The design was outdated, the navigation was clunky, and the content wasn’t reflective of the size and scale Vision33 had grown to be. The website required an overhaul to better tell their story as a brand, a partner, and a thought-leader.

Unlocking Future Growth

The Solution

To initiate this 7-month project, Sparked’s team conducted a thorough website discovery and analysis. With Vision33’s needs and goals in mind, a website blueprint was created to map out the new site map, create a messaging architecture, and update Vision 33’s visual brand style guidelines.

 

Next, it came time to write copy for the website. Lead generation was important to Vision33, so the copy was developed with conversion rate optimization (CRO) in mind. After the copy was drafted, our designer created several homepage design concepts for consideration, and then designed the website based on the chosen option. The creative process resulted in a 190-page copy deck and 63 prototyped pages and post templates.

 

When it came time to develop the website, our HubSpot developers got to work. They developed the new pages in a pixel-perfect manner and migrated required content into updated post templates. Forms were added, and the website was tested for responsiveness. Regionalized versions of the site were created for users coming from different areas of the world. When the website was close to complete, our team conducted pre-launch testing and prepared a robust redirect strategy. We then assisted the client with launching the website, and performed post-launch testing and optimizations.

 

Along the way, we held weekly check-in meetings and provided frequent updates. Our project coordinator worked closely with Vision33’s project manager to ensure timelines and budgets were kept on track. As a result, we delivered the website on time and on budget to very happy clients.

Over 7 months, Sparked worked closely with Vision33 to transform their HubSpot website into a modern, engaging, and CRO-focused experience.
