With their technology found in over 200 hospitals and 33,000 hospital rooms across Canada, HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions (HealthHub) delivers solutions that support patients, clinicians and hospital systems – starting at the bedside.

The Challenge
When HealthHub and Sparked first partnered in 2019, HealthHub needed a new website that aligned with their brand and positioning. Over the years that followed, Sparked continued to play a pivotal role in defining and executing HealthHub’s digital marketing strategy and managing their website.

The Solution
Working closely with the client, a fully redesigned and rebranded website was needed that would include an English to French translation feature, accessibility features, and would help position HealthHub as a brand leader and authority in the digital healthcare technology space. Particularly, HealthHub needed a Contact Us page that would be a dynamic decision tree so their clients could be quickly funneled according to their needs.
The client also required an application that would help clients with bed rentals and various features. To round out their vision, HealthHub would need website maintenance and support, all of which Sparked would provide.
