Founded in 1993, Kirk Office has grown to be Cayman Island’s leading provider of office supplies, document solutions, furniture, computer, and business services and solutions. Occupying a 22,000+ square foot facility, they’ve been helping Cayman businesses work smarter for over 32 years.

The Challenge
When Kirk Office’s team approach Sparked in 2019, they were dealing with several challenges: their legacy website wasn’t mobile-responsive, it was dated in its appearance, and it was missing key features that would allow clients to do business with them online. Kirk Office’s team recognized an opportunity to modernize the website. They also wanted to expand their reach and generate new leads. They chose Sparked for the job.

The Solution
To develop a new website that would meet Kirk Office’s needs, our team followed our tried and true approach. First we developed a website architecture to outline how content on the new website would be structured. Next, we drafted the copy for all pages of the website. After that, it came time for design and development. We prototyped all pages and then developed them in a pixel-perfect manner using WordPress.
Since Kirk Office wanted the website to generate more leads, a focus throughout the process was on conversion rate optimization (CRO). We mapped out different CTAs and ensured it was clear to users how they could accomplish their goals. The result was a website with an intuitive navigation, and simple pathways for prospects and customers to get to success.
