You submit your request
After we onboard you as a client, we’ll provide you with simple instructions on how to submit a request. You’ll work closely with your project coordinator to ensure we fully understand your requirements and to provide you with a time estimate for the work.

We make the changes in a staging environment
We’ll implement your changes within a staging or development environment so you can see, review, and test the changes before they go live on your production site.
03:
You give us approval to push the changes live
Once you’ve approved the changes, we’ll do a final QA and push them to your live site. We’ll then perform any required post-launch testing and/or optimizations.

On-Demand Support
Ideal for small businesses who need very occassional support.
$150 per hour
- Features:
- Pay-as-you go support and/or troubleshooting
- 48-72 hours typical turnaround time
- Time is tracked in increments of 15 mins and billed at the end of each month

5-Hour Care Package
Ideal for small and mid-sized businesses who need regular support.

Will my live website be "down" while you make the changes?
Not at all. All implementation happens in a staging or development environment where you can review and test the changes yourself. Only once you’ve given us the green light and we’ve completed our final QA do we push the updates to your live production site.
What happens if I don't use all my monthly hours?
We value your investment, which is why our Care and Premium packages include rollover hours:
- Care Package: Carry over up to 1 hour per month (maximum of 3 hours).
- Premium Package: Carry over up to 2 hours per month (maximum of 5 hours).
Note: Our On-Demand Support Package is pay-as-you-go hourly service, so you only pay for the time you actually use.
