Sparked is Born

Today, we’re pleased to announce the official launch of Sparked Digital Inc. 

Founded by Anthony Ramsundar and Karina Barker, Sparked is Toronto’s newest digital marketing agency, designed on the premise of “good people, helping good people”.

Here is a Q&A with the company’s owners:

Q: What made you decide to launch Sparked together?

Karina: For several years, Anthony and I have been collaborating on various website projects as a side gig. Anthony has a background in website development and was the director of digital marketing at a large healthcare organization, and I’ve been a copywriter for many years. Together, our skillsets complemented each other’s perfectly. 

In working together, we realized that many of our clients shared the same story: They felt overwhelmed by the online world, but they knew the importance of it. And, they wanted to find a trusted partner who could provide them with honest advice, so they could focus on their core business. It was from a genuine desire to help people navigate the online world that Sparked was born.

Q: What makes Sparked different?

Anthony: From the start, we knew we wanted to do something different. Too many of our clients had had bad experience with their past agencies, where they felt like a number or were given less than great service. Since day one, our goal has been to provide our best advice, every time. 

When working with a client, we get to know to their business and treat it with the same level of care and commitment as we do ours. We want our clients to feel like we’re working alongside them and we try to explain our recommendations in plain language.
